 Viktoria - vocals & songwritingViktoria Winge, aka Vik, sings and writes songs for Discorockers, she also illustrates books, models (she used to do fashion modeling for ID, the Face, Nylon etc, but got a bit bored with that) and acts too! you may have seen her being brutally killed by a madman with an ice pick in a movie called 'Fritt vilt' or 'cold prey' as its called in english.She's pretty 'out there' as someone in the band once said and forgets things too easily, like what day it is and what planet we live on....She likes to drink loads of coffee and draw weird quirky drawings with a biro pen, or do strange vocal exercises at inconvenient times that sound like dying whales on the beach, why do vocalists do that!?  Anton - keyboards & productionAnton Jawdokimov, aka Elf, is the one with the brains, there always has be one member like that it seems. He knows how to do almost anything on the computer, like fixing them. He will fix your mums, your dads and maybe even the neighbours too. But fixing gets boring, what he really likes to do is makes great sounds, good vibes and grooves (and also likes fishing boats and nature, but thats another story). He has done some work for Coldcut and the Future sound of london & has done music for commercials, films and even for theatre productions (Det Norske Theateret, Norway) He's got all the music programs and plugins you can imagine and still wants more! what a geek... Anton never ceases to suprise you with his programming skills, Some people call him the magician, but Elf is a pretty good description too, he definitely looks like one with those mysterious green eyes that twinkle. You'll never quite grasp whats going on behind them. |
 Dag - guitars and ProductionDag Arne Abrahamsen knows every chord position in every inversion you could think ofbut only knows about a third of the positions in the Karma Sutra.....not that i know ..... He fell into being the star guitarists for Discorockers when asked to help out with a certain theatre production in Oslo, no it wasnt a production of 'Hair' but yeah he would have been good in that. He comes from strange place in Norway called 'Tromso' where giant trolls come from- Dag is a giant troll. Dag teaches music and guitar playing to lesser wannabe guitar gods at the rock school in Oslo. |
